The owner of a high quality meetings venue sought to review the current business and identify means by which it could be enhanced.
Our role was to provide recommendations as to the future development strategy for this asset.
To do so we reviewed the performance of the existing business, its management structure and the patterns of internal and external demand. We analysed competitive facilities and pricing for benchmarking pruposes and also identified alternative management models that could enhance performance.
Research and dicussions were held to review data and we considered the option of appointing potential third party operators. Illustrative projections and development options were examined for a range of scenarios.
