Two of the projects (Pound Place townhouses and Down Street Mews) required the demolition of existing buildings and the propping-up of adjacent properties before multi-level basements were built to provide swimming pools and garaging. Four upper stories of luxury residential accommodation were then built in each instance.

 

The third project (Carlos Place) required the complete refurbishment and extensive structural alteration of an existing building to create four luxury apartments, one of which formed a duplex penthouse requiring the construction of a new fifth floor and included a feature sunken roof ‘floating’ garden.
