Nigel is based in SE Asia and with his good knowledge of and contacts in the Middle East, provides the Arc Partnership with international reach, access to information, a point of contact for those seeking advice on these regions, and the capacity to network with those parties in the hotel and hospitality sectors who may wish to source European expertise with the benefit of a local presence. The hospitality sector in parts of the Middle East & SE Asia is evolving rapidly which together with increased global mobility coupled with new airline hubs, readily available land in attractive locations, and the access to a compliant labour pool, all make for an attractive investor proposition in these parts of the world. His previous sales, appraisals and operational roles were with the English Tourist Board, Rank Hotels, Gleneagles Hotel followed by consultancy and asset managment with Panell Kerr Forster , Vision Hospitality Management and as a Senior Asset Manager, TDIC (Tourism Development & Investment Company), Abu Dhabi.
In addition to his grasp of the hotel sector, Nigel has a good understand of, and operational experience of the golf sector in both Europe and the Middle East.
