Working on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield representing the owners, Liverpool City Council, we assisted with the asset management of this newly developed iconic Novotel hotel located in the Knowledge Quarter during its opening phase.
The objective was to work closely with the hotels management (Legacy Hotels and Resorts) to ensure a successful opening as the hotel bedded itself into the competitive Liverpool hotel market.
We worked closely with the property arm of Liverpool City Council and held regular management reviews and interactions with them and Accor‘s franchise team.
