To cover the wide range of accommodation types (hotels, pubs, camping, self-catering, glamping and a range of alternative forms of accommodation), the Hotel Solutions team brought together different skills . We provided in-depth knowledge of both serviced and non serviced accommodation types, market trends, destination development together with site analysis skills and ability to identify demand drivers coupled with knowledge of planning policy.

Recent assignments -all for Council led clients seeking an information base from which to plan and evolve their regional tourism related offers- have covered a wide range of regional areas including Staffordshire, the North West, South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse, Sefton and Suffolk .
In Northern Ireland we also carried out a similar review in Armagh, Bainbridge and Craigavon and have also worked in Northern Ireland reviewing the in tourism incentive scheme.
