An extremely challenging scheme (from a planning point of view) involving a hotel in a sensitive planning area and initially refused permission by the South Downs National Park Authority but taken to appeal.
This required Amberleigh Projects Ltd, the client, to assemble a wide ranging professional team to work closely together and resulted in securing outline planning permission for an 80 bed hotel and cycle centre on land adjoining the Buriton interchange on the A3M to the south of Petersfield.

Arc’s input was to provide the hotel market appraisal in support of the application, working with Lynn Thomason of Hotel Solutions.
